Its refined décor and tranquil atmosphere invite rest and contemplation. From its windows, guests can admire the Gardens of the Royal Alcázar, so close that the light and greenery seem to blend into the house.
Experience Seville from within by staying in a unique suite inside a 13th-century Andalusian palace with nine bedrooms, full of history and charm. Located on the iconic Callejón del Agua, in the heart of the Santa Cruz quarter, this former annex of the Royal Alcázar offers an exclusive experience where tradition and comfort blend seamlessly with the magic of the past.
The rooms offer a variety of settings: some open onto the lush Andalusian courtyard, several with balconies; others face the ancient wall of the Royal Alcázar; and a few enjoy views of the Alcázar Gardens, so close that their light and greenery seem to enter the house.
The property also features majestic common areas —patio, lounges, and terraces—. On the rooftop, a small plunge pool offers a refreshing spot during the warmer months. The palace’s common areas —with the sole exception of the kitchen, reserved exclusively for staff— are available to guests from 09:00 to 22:00 to ensure the proper preservation and smooth operation of the house. The dining room may only be used within the services offered or arranged directly with the house.
INCLUDED SERVICES
• The stay includes a residential support service responsible for the daily care and preparation of the palace.
• Daily housekeeping service between 09:00 and 14:00, always carried out when guests are not in the room. Towels will be replaced when left on the floor or visibly damp or used.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (UPON REQUEST)
• Buffet breakfast available each morning from 09:00 to 11:00. This is an additional service, which must be reserved in advance and is paid directly at the property.
• Laundry and ironing service, with pick-up and delivery in the room (pricing and turnaround times available at the property).
