The apartment consists of a living room, a separate kitchen that has all the necessary equipment to make the most of your stay, two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other one with a 150cm double bed and a bathroom too. Capacity for six people.
Leaving the flat you will run straight into de hustle and bustle of Madrid. Going in, you are guaranteed to enjoy peace and quiet.
The building has an elevator but it is located between floors. In order to access it, it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs (33 steps).

In addition, the common areas of the building have security cameras to guarantee the protection of both guests and the property.

Stay here for the good and the bad. Here is what in our opinion was our experience while we stayed in Apartamentos en Sol Confort 5 EXCELLENT : Location. GOOD : Apartment - it was decent. The apartment does not have any exterior facing windows. Most of the windows open up to the inside of the building. Honestly, if they had this on their website, we might have booked another unit from their property which had exterior windows. BAD: Customer service. I would say it was just horrible. We had told them we will check in at 4.30 pm. They did not activate the gate code for us to get in until 5 pm. We basically stood outside the gate in the Puerta De Sol square for 1/2 hour doing nothing. When you travel, you are exhausted and just want to rest, but these folks make our wait 1/2 hour more than what was needed. Once checked in, the Wifi system worked on a voucher system, which they had not provided to us prior to our check in. So, we reached out to them , which by the way is only through email. Entire Spain runs on WhatsApp, but this properly does not use WhatsApp for business as a customer service tool. We did not get our wifi code until later in the night. They sighted that booking.com service was done, not sure what that has to do with us when we had booked directly through their website. May be their internal system operated on booking.com platform, but the net story is that we did not have wifi until later in the night. The story gets more interesting. We were supposed to check out on the Sep 21st. They shut our wifi off on Sep 20th. So we had to beg for the voucher code again. Apartment : They have a weird system in the apartment. The AC’s shut off or automatically adjust their temperature to 26 degree celsius sometime in the night, day whenever it wants to. I get that this system is required so that people just dont leave the AC’s on and leave for the entire day sight seeing when the owner has to pay for electricity when no one is actually enjoying the AC
